1st pregnancy ultra sound
Base on LMP(7 Feb 2023) I suppose to be 7 weeks pregnant today. This morning, I notice light brown discharge and past few days had abdomen cramp... Today went for my 1st gynaecology appointment... Doctor did ultra sound and mention that base on scan, I'm only 4 weeks pregnant... Sac can be seen in the scan... doctor gave me dydrogesterone to support my pregnancy and help with the discharge... have to go back in 2 weeks time... feeling worried has I had previous miscarriage in Oct'22. Have anyone went through this b4?
Kkh provide MC upon follow up?
May I ask if KKH will provide MC upon check up? My boss told me if I go see ob because of preg. I'm not allowed to take MC not time off. I was wondering I can't keep using my AL.

Stopping Dydrogesterone (duphaston)
Hi, I'm currently at 9 weeks pregnant via IVF. Have been taking Dydrogesterone since embryo transfer 3 times a day and today the doctor told me to stop Dydrogesterone since the protocol is to stop at 9-10 weeks. Wanted to know your experiences how you stop your Dydrogesterone support. I'm concerned stopping so suddenly may cause potential miscarriage as I had recurring miscarriage previously.

Walking alot at work
My job requires me to walk. I walk abt 7k steps a day and stand abt 2 or 3 hours. Is this safe for someone in the first trimester. #firsttimemom #pleasehelp #firstmom #firstbaby

Light brown discharge
Today marks my 7 week of pregnancy... this morning I realised there is some light brown discharge and pass few days, i having cramps on my abdomen. Is it normal?? Back in Oct 2022, I had a miscarriage while I was 6 weeks pregnant... I'm feeling totally scared and worried. Have anyone experienced this?
