Recommendation on best breastfeeding pump in Singapore
Hi Mummies, Please suggest me a good breastfeeding pump which function well and is worth the money based on your previous experience. I am a first time mom and wanted to rely on experienced mom advices. I would like to use it from day 1 of delivery, just begun packing my hospital bag.
34 weeks now
Always feel like pooping . Must i be worried?
My OB told me I shouldn put on anymore weight during my pregnancy as "baby will be hard to come ou
So I'm under a private doctor in NUH. Its my first pregnancy. I am not not gonna name this doctor but recently my visits with her has been becoming more and more stressful. I am in my 3rd trimester(33 weeks) baby around 2kg already and I've gained about 7kg in total throughout my pregnancy. This doctor/ob saw my weight and was like "eh you shouldn't put on any more weight if not its difficult for the baby to come out" And i responded & told her, my initial weight pre-pregnancy was 73kg and now I'm about 80kg. And she can evidently see physically I'm not as big as the rest during their 3rd trimester and people even think that I'm still early in my pregnancy because of my small bump and body frame but I'm already 33weeks. I'm not fat I'm just a female personal trainer who has a muscular built (workout 6x week, and a powerlifter as well) before i was pregnant and is tall too about 5ft 8 hence My weight was always in the 70s range. My BMI is always on the "overweight" side because duh BMI is based on height and weight of a person and is an inaccurate measure of bodyfat and does not take into account of muscle mass, overall body composition etc. So with whatever this doctor is saying, i feel like its kind of a red flag as i asked friends who are preggy and their ob/doc encouraged them to eat and put on weight during their pregnancy. Should i switch doctors is it too late?
Exhausted, 34 weeks
34 weeks now, feeling really exhausted. Taken like about 2 weeks or more NPL in total as of now. Groin hurts really bad, backpain is crazy. Loss of appetite for weeks already. Gynae not willing to give HL. Used up my leave and MC already. Have taken more than 2 weeks of NPL as of now 😭 People usually say you'll tend to eat more in 3rd tri. Not for me. My appetite lessen in my third tri. I feel so not myself. I don't want to do anything. I want baby to be out and I feel guilty saying that cause I'm in a lot of pain. I want my baby to be growing healthy and be born at the right time but the pain and exhaustion has really got to me. My emotions are crazy. I feel OK at one time and the next moment I get sad and/or angry. My next appt is when I'm at 36 weeks. So so exhausted.
