Yes you can. Just store it in the freezer and give it to your baby after delivery.

Why is my belly still so small?

dear mommies I’m a first time single mom and I’m currently in my 31 week. But why is my belly still so small? Baby is kicking fine. It didn’t bother me at first till people started commenting things like. 7 months??? Why still so small. And that got me to overthink a lot. Kinda hurts my heart . Should I be worried? ( side note I’ve always thought it was normal and fine as I’m quite chubby”) And nowadays I’ve notice I barely have appetite to eat. And sleeping has been so rough. Kept waking up every few hours. Very hard to fall asleep. Is this normal?

It’s normal for first time mums to have small belly because everything is not stretched out yet. I have a small belly (my colleagues didn’t know I was pregnant till late 8 months, some only saw my belly the day before I went to induce *imagine their shocked faces*). And yes, hard to sleep is normal, however if you’re worried, do raise your concerns to gynae during your next scan (they know your condition best!). Bleeding when pooping

Mamas I’m currently in my third trimester and super constipated I try to push out my poop but it just doesn’t wanna come out but I can feel it tryna come out also 😭 and when I wipe I see abit of blood should I be worried? #advice #worried #firstmom #PoopConcern #constipated #blood

I was advised to drink Prune Juice when I was going to buy some laxatives in the Pharmacy. Having a constipation for few days will result to hardened stool, so yeah it's a given that it'll bleed when you push it out. Just drink more fluids, it'll help.

Craving sweet stuff

Anyone craves sweet stuff like me? I'm week 32. I keep wanting to eat some kind of dessert or sweet drink after my meals and in between. I usually give in to my cravings but feel guilty that I am not eating healthily.... Thankfully my glucose test at week 25 was ok but will I develop GD in these few weeks?

Food when breastfeeding

Anyone can tell me what to eat when I breastfeed is it okay if I consume spicy food? Or fast food? ##firsttimemom #breastfeeding

You can pretty much eat everything when you breastfeed, but at the same time in moderation. Too much sweet/salty/oily food can cause milk ducts to be clogged and leading to mastitis. For supply wise, try to drink more water/soup, can consider eating more nuts/fish. Most importantly, eat well and don’t starve/undereat. For alcohol and caffeine, best to consume after latching/pump so that it has at least two hours before the next session 😊.
