Overweight baby at week 30

Hi mummies, I do not have gestational diabetes and my normal weight is about 48kg and I'm now 55kg. Today's scan shows that my baby weighs 2.5kg at 30 week of my pregnancy. Doctor said I should not eat too much sweet stuff. I have recently been drinking pregnancy milk which might be the cause. Anyone knows how to decrease the weight of baby in womb?

There isn't any tips to decrease weight of baby. You are about 2 months away to due. Maybe just lessen of pregnancy milk or sugary stuff. Alternatively to eat in moderation. The baby's weight given are just a plus minus. Hence don't worry much. But, I guess your gynae advice you so in order to allow you to have smooth natural vaginal birth with minimal tearing (if any and atleast) because if baby's too huge be it based on weight or structure, you may not be able to do vaginal birth.

Is having sex safe when you have placenta previa?

Currently my placenta is located on my lower left (side). Was told to avoid sex by the gynae. Any mummies out there ever proceeded having sex with this condition? #firstbaby #advicepls

maybe you can try valine cocobutter or shea butter, I've been using it for all my pregnancy when I knew I'm preg, now my 3rd week 29 no stretch mark yet.

Mummy: • 1 set of clothings (I wore the same I entered in) • Charger • 1 x Kotex overnight panties (wear during discharge day) • Marriage cert and IC (Not sure if they accept electronic ones now) Optional: • Preferred facial wash and skin care • Breastpump (If you want LC to teach you how to use) • Cooling pads (natural birth) • Binder (Csect) Baby (All optional): • 1 set of clothings upon discharge - Mittens - Swaddle - Booties - Hat Daddy (If staying over): • Charger • Change of clothings (adjust based on birth methods) • Money/cards • IC

Isit normal to have white or translucent discharge at 30 weeks plus pregnant?

Yes thats probably just the vgg cleaning itself. Unless theres a foul smell u shld ask ur gynae!
