NOT ENOUGH BREAST MILK

Any suggestions mommies for not enough breast milk? Tried to pump every 3 hourly but milk is getting alot lesser than before.

Coffee and bubbletea

Hi mummies, I have craving for coffee and bubbletea. Am I allowed to drink as I'm bf my LO? My LO is 6 weeks old.. First time mom here.

Yeah, I took my first cup of coffee right after I end confinement (legit on the dot 12:01am lol) 😅 subsequently more bubble tea etc, exclusively pumping. If you’re worried about the caffeine, drink after you nurse. 😊

Collecting colostrum

Hi, I’m 39 weeks and trying to collect colostrum, but then I don’t have thick yellowish colostrum which they mentioned it’s called liquid gold.. Mine is more of like watery, slight yellow Is it normal? Can it be given to baby once she is born? Will I have thick colostrum once baby is born? I’m so confused… please help..

Doctor mention that colostrum drew out from mommy only can last 2 days, need to dispose if left unconsumed

Feeding queries.

Hi mummies. How much breastmilk ( expressed and bottled fed ) should my two weeks old drink? Currently shes taking 50mls well but googled mentioned that the intake should be more. Sometimes at 60mls she will have spitouts more so i kept it at 50mls.. scared im underfeeding my baby.. help me :(

Gave birth a week ago, normal vaginal delivery. How long does it takes till the stitches under could fully heal? Is there any medicine or any food that could heal the stinging feeling?

Introducing formula.

Hi there mummies. First time mummy here. Would like to see advice on how to introduce formula to my baby? Currently am exclusively pumping out my bm and bottle feeding my baby. Just wanna prepare myself once my ML ends and she goes to Infantcare. ( might need formula incase my supply drops ) . How do i do mixed feeding of both formula and breastmilk? Any advices?

I started off with mixing. 8:2 (BM 8: FM 2) then gradually increase 5:5 then full formula when I stopped pumping 😊.

I ordered from sweetest moment cause I’m under TMC got discount 😂. Reviews from receivers not bad, especially my dad who has super picky mouth (I bought FA13).

Cramping at week 11 going 12

Hi, has anyone experienced slight cramping at around week 11 going to 12? I’ve been feeling it for 2 days now and it’s worrying. I won’t have my next appointment until 17 nov which is the Oscar scan and 27 nov for gynae consultation.

hello! im in week 13 and everytime i wake up I have abdominal cramps too..
