Hello all, i’m at my week 6 and the nausea feeling is really terrible😭😭 Anyone know how to reduce this😭😭

Have you seen a gynae? Your gynae should be able to prescribe you with diclectin to help with morning sickness. I’m eating those pills everyday to help cope with my nausea if not I really can’t function the entire day! Hope you feel better soon :)

Have you started finding confinement nanny yet?

Hello fellow mar 2024 mummies. Have you started finding confinement nanny yet? When should we start? I didnt have a good experience with my first one and I remember it was quite hard to find one 😅 Or is there anyone without helper and is not thinking of having a confinement nanny? How do you intend to cope? Thanks and happy pregnancy to all of us!

sharing my past experience I have one 2-year-old boy to take care of, no helper, all by myself. didn't engage CN due to 1st unpleasant experience. order Confinement Tingkat and cook simple meals for my boy daily. hubby involvements are important to lessen mummy's burden

7 week pregnant, down with flu

Hi I’m currently 7 week pregnant now, caught a flu. Cough, Sore throat and runny nose quite bad. I’m also experiencing stomach cramps since last week which is quite consistent. Advise please. Thanks all

Hi, I took two urine test and I'm positive. Care to advice what should I do next?

I first went to my local GP to do a HCG blood test to confirm my pregnancy. Only then I go get all my referral letter and appt with gynae.

How long will the results be out for Oscar and NIPT if done with Govt hospital?

I am doing test with kkh and bringing my results to my private gynae at TMC. Anyone can share the timeline so I can arrange to book the gynae ?

Hi mummies, anyone know how long the nausea gonna last for twin pregnancy?? I'm currently 6 weeks.. n I'm scared that I'm not eating enough for both of them...

It depends on your body. :) Usually when you are close to 2nd trimester, it will be gone. As long as you are taking folic acid daily, still manage to eat, all will be okay. If you are vomiting way too much, one day more than 5 times and you cannot even eat. Head to the hospital.

Week 8 and snacking 🙃🙃🙃

Any mummies here also snack on tidbits? I get hungry easily recently and I do not have appetite for anything until I was so hungry and saw a pack of mamee at home and after I ate that without feeling nauseous , i started craving tidbits… I felt good at the moment but I feel so bad and guilty now… 🥺

ok what there’s no issue with it. just don’t take too much of the powder. many mummies snack it’s normal.

Micellar cleansing water

Hi, any recommendation for micellar cleansing water/Toner safe to use during pregnancy? I usually use toner/micellar water before I wash my face

Bioderma micellar water :) It's non rinse. Have been using it religiously even before pregnancy. Great for sensitive skin too.
