Zyrtec-R safe for pregnancy?

Hi is Zyrtec-R safe for pregnancy? I’ve been having flu every 2 weeks and dr meds are not working.

Hi it is not recommended to take Zyrtec-R during pregnancy. it is mentioned in the leaflet in the meds box.

I don't have appetite and don't feel any movement at 14weeks,is it normal?

It is totally normal for pregnancy mummy. However, eventhough you do not have appetite, it is must to eat. You may take in cereal, bread, biscuits, oatmeal or light meals to fill in your tummy. At 14 weeks you wont feel movement or kicks just yet till about 16 weeks onwards.

Postpartum massage VS physiotherapy

Hello mummies, Just want to ask is postpartum massage and wrapping necessary? What do you think of massage VS physiotherapy? I feel like I should invest in long term pelvic floor health and physio for recovery of diastasis recti and allow organic recovery of the womb. But everyone is telling me massage is needed?

I would say both would help you. After your pregnancy, do the traditional binding and massage to through your confinement. Then afterwhich, you can see specialist to treat your diastasis recti. Majority of the mummies have this but it depends how the diastasis recti is. They do treatment as well as exercise. Diastasis can also cause pain during sex, you will have visible "pooch". Hence, if you want to keep it in place, nice and lean you may try both ways.

hi kommies im at 3 months pregnant now , i do not feel cramps at all is it normal ? plus i do feel fatigue at times .

Yes it is normal. All pregnancy will be different. You will either get morning/night sickness, fatigue, nausea, heartburn, etc. Symptoms of each individual different and not the same. More or less you it will prolong or stop after youve enter 2nd trimester.

For working mums, do you slow down at your work, take more MCs during pregnancy?

I'm at my week 12. I find myself slowing down and taking more MCs than normal due to constant fatigue and nausea. Feeling guilty. I'm haven't informed my company about my pregnancy and upcoming maternity leave yet. When do you inform your company about it?

Yes i feel the same. I told my managers at week 10 as i started feeling bad taking mc for medical check ups. They’re very supportive. I find it hard to focus and it has affect my productivity.

I am looking to try natural birth. I am a first time mom. Just want to ask mommies to share here: 1. How long did you take from water break to giving birth for your first child? 2. I heard 2nd onwards are easier and faster. Is that true? 3. Is it possible to do without epidural? Or it depends on individual pain tolerance level? Thanks 🙏😊 #firstbaby #pregnancy #advicepls

My first took 4 hours. My second was 1 hour. I took epidural for both. But for my second, it didn’t really work cos I was dilating too fast.

Sinopharm vaccine

Hi, has any taking sinopharm vaccine during pregnancy. Just called clinic to book appt but they said dun give for pregnant woman but MOH guideline said can take. This is so confusing. I still require two doses to complete my cycle.

Backache on the left side

Hi mummies, I am currently 15weeks pregnant n I have backache but it’s only on the left side. If I stand straight I don’t feel it but when I sit down I feel the ache. Just wondering if anyone has similar experiences and what did you do to alleviate the ache. Thank you in advance.
