Mas mainam yung milk na full cream 3.5%fat kase at that age need nila ng fat para sa developing growth nila. Pwede din fresh milk or mga plant based mill like almond and soya if lactose intolerant. But this milks will be as beverage lang not substitute sa solid foods.
