Stitches / sharp cramps: 14w5d

Question

Hi, yesterday, my 22kg 6yo was screaming coz his feet burned on the hot dry floor at the wet theme park so i carried him for about 300m until there’s cooler floor. I’ve been feeling frequent but short sharp pains around my stomach like stitches or cramps. I don’t know if it’s related to carrying my son or something else or nothing to be worried about. I’ve had 2 miscarriages before this. I’ve been very careful this time - plus I’ve been weak & tired so i haven’t carried heavy things or overloaded myself. Can someone assure me that they carry heavy things and things turn out ok?

For the first few weeks I carried heavy things and I also felt cramps/stitches after but so far so good. Just try not to carry heavy things during this period. Maybe get a family member to help out with your child if possible. Try to carry as little heavy things as possible! But don't worry too much, keep a positive mind! 😊❤️
