6 weeks postpartum,Still bleeding like regular mensuration. Also stomach, leg pain. Is it normal?

Was still bleeding at 10weeks postpartum🤣 on off bleeding, went to gynae for a check and she mentioned uterus size back to normal but there are still some bleeding from the uterus wall which is pretty rare at 10weeks pp. Was told it could be due to hormones so she gave me some progesterone pills which after I took the bleeding has stopped. Anything unsure, best to check with gynae ya!
