Help to enlighten 🥹 #nofetalpole at 7 weeks

Worried lang po kasi nag pa TVS ultrasound at ang findings po no fetal pole seen pero may sac. Any related stories po with successful pregnancy. I'm so worried as I'm expecting 2nd baby. No history of miscarriage nman po. Any advise. Thank you.
