Is it normal that yeast infection happen during pregnancy?

Just wondering any mommies to be got this issue during pregnancy? Is it safe to use the antifungal cream?

It’s very common and I got this situation also. But my gynae advise me just to consume more probiotic rich foods like Yogurt. No need to take medicine if it not in worse condition.
