Zika still prevalent in 2021?

Just wondering if Zika is still something to worry about in 2021? I was recently biten (10 times) by an Aedes mosquito; which I fortunately got rid of in the end. But suddenly the possibility of Zika struck me. Read online that 80% are asymptomatic, and like about 13% of infected mums will have babies with microencephaly... Am I overthinking things? Am suddenly fearful for my baby... Currently at 26weeks - is there anything I can/should do? #advicepls #pregnancy
