I actually asked my “shifu” before... And he mentioned that it’s best not to touch mechanical tools / tools that destroy stuffs. But if you really need to, it’s not an issue. Same goes to scissors and nails clippers etc, as Long as you’re not cutting on the bed. Even cutting beside the bed is considered ok. Hahaha
