I wash every poop time if at home. Keep feeling it’s not clean enough with just wipes. As an adult myself, I wash myself every time after I pooped if the toilet has a bidet.
I clean with cotton balls and warm water before bathing my baby or changing her into pj. Other than that, I just clean it with wet wipes.
Wash under running water after poop. If too much using wipes can cause redness.
