Need your opinion

Hello WIF! I recently handed my resignation letter to my boss. And this week, ilang beses niya ako sinusuyo, pinipigilan para bawiin ko. Knowing how toxic the environment was and my boss, di ko na nakayanan kaya nagresign ako. Ngayon nung sinend ko yun. Naging mabait siya and talagang very persuasive. The thing is hindi ko alam if yun bang pagiging kind and polite niya is para lang i convince ako, kasi na drain talaga ako sa kanya pero treatment niya with other team mates is okay naman knowing friends sila before and yung closeness nila is solid talaga. Ngayon I am in the process of thinking whether bawiin or ituloy. At the same time, I have several interviews with good news and waiting nalang sa final feedback. (Etong inapplyan ko yung gustong gusto ko talaga.) If you were in my position, what will you choose? Stay, kahit may possibility na ganun ulit ung scenario. Or leave and look for new opportunities and environment. PS. I will try na magsched siya ng 1:1 para we would meet half way. Kasi nung nag advise ako, hindi siya nag sched and talked to me casually kasama ibang colleagues from our team Thank you!
