You can, just maybe try not to stay in the same position for long, later cramp or something to do with not enough blood flow. Anyways I have the habit of crossing my legs but if I do rem, then I just uncross it, not totally cannot π.
Crossing your leg in the third trimester is not recommended as it delays baby from dropping down. Hence there are various better sitting positions.
Can just dont do it for too long, i did thruout pregnancy so far no issue bt sometimes too long youll get nerve painπ or cramps
Itβs not good for our pelvic and spine even if we are not pregnant.
