Why is my son making this wheeze sound while sleeping? Unsure if he is having blocked/running nose or is it a normal sound that babies make. My husband wants to give panadol..is it ok?

It could be phlegm sound. Is he sleeping in air-conditioned room? Try to switch off the aircon and without direct fan blow. Use a small pillow to prop up his head during sleep. Panadol is not suitable for children. If there is any fever, give paracetamol. For blocked nose/phlegm, there are a lot of natural remedies for you to try out. If it is blocked nose, use sterimer to spray and suck out using nose aspirator. If it is phlegm, you can use back patting method to loosen the phlegm.
