Which week to start going up down stairs

At which week did you start going for walks & going up & down stairs to ease labor ? Wanted to start at 36 weeks but scared ill get early contraction or something #FTM

Exercises is always good to start at early stage. Going up and down the stairs will help loosen the pelvic muscle. You can start at 37weeks if you are afraid of getting early contraction

I walked the stairs throughout the whole pregnancy, at work and at home. Didn’t get early contractions.
