Which soup is suitable and good for pregnancy? Easier to buy at coffeeshop or hawker centre. Currently 10 weeks pregnant.

Coffeeshop or hawker centre soups are high in oil and sodium. Might not be a wise choice to consume them regularly. Be careful with the Chinese herbs.
