Which important questions should I ask my doctor during the third trimester?

How am I doing? Is my pregnancy going well? Is my body taking it well? Is my baby taking it well? Are there any problems with the baby? What delivery will I likely have? Can I have a termed delivery (>37 weeks) or do I need to deliver earlier?
