Where can I buy the best lechon in Cebu before I fly back to Manila? Any tips on how to keep it fresh during the trip?

I haven't been to Cebu but I heard the best lechon is served at Zubuchon. It's dubbed to be the "best pig ever" according to No Reservations host Anthony Bourdain. I've read in Tripadvisor that you can ask for a frozen lechon which can last up to 12 hours unrefrigerated, instead of the chopped ones which can last for only five hours.
