Where can I buy this dry shampoo and how much does it cost?

Hi, u can try tsubaki dry gel shampoo. It has a cooling sensation on the hair after applying and it smell quite nice to me. Most impt it wont have flakes after drying since it is gel based. Just a personal recommendation:)
