How to break the swaddle habit!?

You can stop swaddling when your baby starts to escape from it/when baby doesn't have moro reflex/baby is around 4 months. You can slowly transit by swaddle 1 arm free then both arms free.. Once baby is used to it, you can remove the swaddle.
