What’s your schedule like?
Hi when you're preggy what time do you usually wake up in the morning and sleep in the evening?
I don't have a schedule anytime before 9pm and my first alarm rings at 4:30 and I wake up at 5:30 24weeks pregnant
I wake up early to prepare thing for my daughter to school. I sleep at 2pm and wake up at 3 or 4pm depends..
I sleep at 11 pm or midnight and woke up 3 or 4 am then i try to sleep until 8 am to get up 😑
I sleep at 20h00 nd get up at 06h30..And fall asleep after 10h00 lol..I just dose off
slept around 10pm and woke up in between 2am or 3am then wide awake by 8am 😅 hormones!! 😴😴😴
Now im 31 week pregnant and start problems with sleeping. I go to sleep at 3 4 am and wake up at 3 pm
Sleep at 2am et wake up at 7am until 9 or 10 am and then sleep again until 12:30pm
I slept around like 12am or 1am and i usually wake up at around 1plus in the afternoon .
I sleep late as facing shortness of breath since pregnant. Wake up at 6.30am
Ahhhh I slept the whole day aNd night. Haha totally guilty. Guess I was really tired Nd lazy
