No sickness

Before i pregnant i couldn't smell many things but it opposite now luckgy me ? My bubba nealy 10 weeks i didn't have any sickness yet but just feel some sweet ice chocolate or sweet drink sometimes which i not normally not really drink it. I have heard of partner will get sickness for us if that true? ?
