When you're feeling low, how do you get yourself back up? I'm feeling very unmotivated these days. I love my kids, my husband... but I'm just not in the mood to be a mum or wife these days.

Momma you’re not alone, We all have that feeling every now and then, it means we came to that burnt out point. What i do is I have my Me-Time. A simple uninterrupted sleep goes along way. Or eating my favorite food while watching movies or series gets me reenergized in no time. Do something that somewhat resets the clock. An understanding husband and kids also makes a big factor. I am lucky I have those when I get my Topak days. 🤭
