When you're feeling low, how do you get yourself back up? I'm feeling very unmotivated these days. I love my kids, my husband... but I'm just not in the mood to be a mum or wife these days.

You definitely need your own personal time - just because you are a wife and mother, it doesnt mean you are not also YOU. Go for a walk, catch up with friends, go for a massage, or just have a long soak in the bath. Try and make this part of your regular day/week so you also have something to look forward to when you are feeling down and unmotivated.
