When you're feeling low, how do you get yourself back up? I'm feeling very unmotivated these days. I love my kids, my husband... but I'm just not in the mood to be a mum or wife these days.

I drink a big a** cup of coffee black no sugar to wake me up it tastes bad but it is the shock i need, i then thank everyday for what i have in life, a girlfriend that loves me, parents that sacrificed for me, a house, my health and then i think how i am going to better today than yesterday, write my daily goals and then start knocking those fuckers off one by one.
