Go any time, go to Mustafa in Little India. I feel they have sale all around the year. But if you want to buy some really classy stuff the great Singapore sale is a time to go.

The great Singapore sale is an amazing time to come to Singapore for a shopping spree. There are major sales in almost all stores island wide.
