Switching from kkh sub to private

When is a good time to switch from kkh sub to private? Some gynae dont accept new patient in late 2nd tri, so wondering when is a good time. Before 20wk detailed scan? Or switch after is ok?

I was also in kkh my doctor advice me to switch from week 20 onwards because he say he can only see me till week 20. so in order to fix my gynae I have to switch to private on week 20.
