Switching from kkh sub to private

When is a good time to switch from kkh sub to private? Some gynae dont accept new patient in late 2nd tri, so wondering when is a good time. Before 20wk detailed scan? Or switch after is ok?

I changed to private at my last appointment. was told to induced during my last visit. I was comfortable with the doc and I immediately convert to private on my delivery day...
