i felt that before .. i lost my confidence everything . kept thinking negative and insecurities killing me everyday .. it took me months to really talk to my husband that i dont like him watching looking other girls exes etc .. what if it were to be me doing that would he like it .. slowly my husband stop all that and prove me he want only me ..
