Diaper tape to pants

When do you change a baby’s diaper from tape to pants? My baby is 4 months old and just started to flip over. Is it time to change to diaper pants?

I change to pants (still stick to tape for night) when baby starts standing (she skipped crawling). She stays still when changing diapers for mine.
