when 5 or 6 months pregnant is it normal to feel hard to constipated?? Even though you want to shit but couldn't do it?

ok lang po ba ituloy ang mga vitamins nang hindi palitan? .. ngsimula ako uminon nung 4months pa lang. hanggang ngayon im 7 months preggy.. thanks
