when 5 or 6 months pregnant is it normal to feel hard to constipated?? Even though you want to shit but couldn't do it?

Yes possible. Need to increase fiber intake and drink more water to facilitate bowel movements. Go for apples and prune juice.

my doctor recommended me to eat prunes, drink more than 2 liters of water per day and to consume vegetables with more fiber.

it's all normal mom, because our hormones are high. And our intestine is pushed by our womb. try to drink water often.

Yes, normal. Especially with iron supplements. Drink lots of water and eat food rich in fiber to help.

yes. doc asked me to eat prunes but since i got GD, i just keep myself hydrated and eat 1 or 2 only.

Yes this can be common. Eat foods with lots of fibre and drink lots of water, this should help

yes normal! can try to eat prunes to ease the constipation. that is what i do and it really helps.

Yes me too, contractions have slowed down. Need to drink more water and take more dietary fibre

Normally i will drink milk or drink yakult at night.. And morning will be easy to passmotion. .
