My son sleeping schedule was as such: 2 short naps in the day, for about 15 to 30 minutes. An hour if we're lucky. He's down for the day at about 8:30/9pm and I'll dreamfeed him at about 1am and 4am before he wakes up for the day at about 7 to 8am.
