I use Amex cashback! If the hospital don't allow Amex, then I will do grab top up and double dip. As grab is mastercard based (get both cashback and grab points). Other credit cards have that offer unlimited cash back should be good too. Rmb to check the tnc for the qualifying spends.

My hubby used Amex cashback. Partly cz there were special promos and complimentary accident plan for Amex at Parkway brand hospitals. I delivered at Parkway East.

Unlimited cashback cards? A lot of other cards have restrictions on what type of transactions can be counted to rebates and points earn.
