Do have regular dental check and inform your dentist that you are pregnant. Your gums are more sensitive during pregnancy. I also had the same issue. You can consider using this Chlor-Rinse Antiseptic Mouth Rinse from Pearlie White which my dentist recommended me. Use it for 1 week.
