It means that the head is nicely nestled in the pelvic bone and fixed there. This is necessary for normal vaginal delivery. It means baby’s almost ready to come out:) the head can be engaged for days to weeks prior to delivery

The heat just makes it so worse, I'm really praying and hoping it doesn't get to me being induced and he just comes out on his own. He is stubborn though
