It’s okay! Babies are protected by the amniotic fluid inside! I hit my bump by accident several times while I was pregnant. Just make sure baby is moving from time to time. If you don’t feel right, please visit your gynae.
How hard u bump ur belly ? Got pain or bleeding ? Of have please go urgent care . If baby is moving well like normal . Should be fine .
I think you monitor baby’s movement, any abnormalities just go A&E. If you don’t feel safe, just see doc and scan.
