here are some of my personal experiences.
FA po ako and i fly everyday so technically before ko pa malaman na preggy ako e talagang napapa travel ako no choice. sakto naman i was on vacation i only traveled domestic during this time kasama nadin mga physical activities then pagbalik dun ko nalaman na preggy ako tapos nagspotting ako so ang ending i had to take a leave as early as 5weeks literal na hindi nako nagwwork i had to bed rest din accdng to OB. However i know some friends na until 5mos na tyan nila lumilipad pa without declaring sa company which is technically bawal nga sa work namin kasi delikado pero siguro ganon ka healthy ang pregnancy nila.
Fast forward since hindi na nga ako nagwwork so more more rest until okay lahat ng results every check up and ultrasound. Then comes a time na need ko talaga magbyahe internationally so i had myself checked sa OB the day before my flight pati nadin CAS sinabay ko na. Thank God i got a permission from the OB to travel.
In conclusion, these are the facts i can give you.
Traveling is allowed for international usually until 28weeks of pregnancy only.(could also depends the airline still)
for domestic can travel up to 32weeks-beyond(again depende sa airline)
(meaning, pregnant women can travel is a fact)
For your own health naman you should be fit to travel with permission from your OB nadin. As long as walang complications or hindi ka high risk.
My personal take: wag magtravel ng 1st trimester kung di naman need. Para safe lang kasi di lahat ng pregnancy are the same. but then again, case to case basis padin.
Traveling while pregnant is safe. You just have to take some precautions 🥰 We had the best baby moon at 21weeks 🫶🏻
