After having your baby when was the 1st time you went out for self care (grab a coffee ,visit salon)

I went for a haircare and haircut when my baby was 2 months old,I felt guilty to have not seen baby for 3 hrs..Had my mother left with the sleeping baby..Every new mother must take some time out for herself,she deserves as much care as the baby..

I dont have me time neither anything. I prefer spending time with my kids and spouse. My mind wont be at peace knowing they are in other's care 😅🤣
