Jaslyn has made a comprehensive list above. In addition to those I would also recommend being aware of anxiety symptoms such as excessive worry and compulsive behaviours that can be triggered in the perinatal period

Yes I am one of these PND patients who sought help from my psychiatrist but he's not useful at all. I am still undergoing through my phobias now and I don't know how to face the delivery day which is coming so near? I am extremely scared.
