During my pregnancy, Strictly first 4months can't not claim staircase, cannot eat pineapple, papaya, banana, mango, after 7months, always walk 30minits and do some exercise, then do some house work and drink some soups and no sugar, no salt, no spicy food not allow to take

"Sleep when the baby sleeps" Oh please, are you telling me not to take a bath, skip a pile of laundry, or leave home untidy forever? LOL. Seriously, unless one has a house help, this is definitely not the kind of advice you'd ever want to hear.

I did not have house help but still found this advice useful! Having a baby needing a feed every two hours is exhausting. If I didn't take this advice at the beginning I wouldn't have been able to keep going. Now I'm more flexible choosing to use my time a number of ways. For example, tidy in the morning and rest in the afternoon, busy out n about one day but stay at home the next. If I couldn't sleep I would at least meditate. Everyone is different though.

1) Why don't you just bring baby out with us for dinner? - erm, cause it will disrupt his/her sleep routine 2) Must you always bring baby out? - then leave at home alone, ah? 3) Your baby looks really skinny - and so?

"So good that you don't have to go work, just stay at home" They don't know that I'm practically 'working' 24/7 looking after the kids and doing house chores even on weekends and public holidays. With no leave and no MCs.
