What smart phone service provider in the Philippines offers the best family bundle rates?

I still think Globe has the widest network coverage especially in the province. I do not know how much are their family bundles, but I would base it on how good their signal is and if they have great packages and terms. :) And I think more people are Globe users especially in Manila so this means that the promo rates are more worth it. :)
