What should I do if I spot or bleed?

It is usually caused by cervical changes and marginal vessel. If the bleeding stops by itself and the baby is well, we would usually just observe and hormones may be given in certain cases. It could also be non-pregnancy related, such as a skin tag (called cervical polyp) which can be easily removed.
