1st time mom din po ako of a 1 year and 1month baby girl momsh. Kapag constipated si MM, ginagawa ko pinapahiga ko siya then gentle na circular motion massage sa tummy nya para ma-soften ang poop nya. (nabasa ko 'to actually sa TAP Facebook page 1 time and sa Google). In fairness, effective po siya. Try mo din po mag-search kay mommy Google madaming simple remedies dun. 🤗😊
