Pwede po kayong magtry uminom po ng FERN D at FERN ACTIV po safe and proven effective po sa mga gustong magkababy po sis. Kami po ni mister yan po ininom namin kaya po kami nakabuo after trying for 4 years po sis.

You can take folic acid. I have a workmate who is trying to get pregnant and her OB advised her to take folic acid.
