Hi, what kind of grain do you use in baby's porridge at around 7 months old ?

Hey, I suggest do not use grain for your baby till she turns one as till this time babies do not have engymes that are required to digest grain. So I suggest do not introduce grain till the time your baby is one or little more. Rest take advice ftom your paeditrician.
